Leaders Need to Speak. Women leaders need to speak like a man! I know I will be asked to give up my feminist card for that statement. From a communication standpoint, I believe it is true.

Women leaders have a unique set of communication challenges. Women leaders need to communicate with the clarity, conviction, and confidence that are often identified as the way men communicate. This more concise and laser focused approach is needed to move their agendas forward in negotiations and other forms of communication.

And they often don’t. And then they don’t understand why they are not heard.

Women don’t communicate in a way that men can easily process.

Ten hours spent consecutively or divided into 3, 4, or 5 sessions.

How does the Diva program work?

You and I reach a mutual decision as to whether we’re a good match. We begin with my studying your current situation, expectations, and fundamental value propositions. We’ll discuss your goals and determine the expected outcomes.

After we agree that we are a good match, you will create objectives, which outline key initiatives, strategies and time lines for achieving your goals.

Your one-on-one coaching experience will be tailor-made for your goals and objectives.

You’ll meet/talk/communicate with me on a regularly scheduled basis. You can call me daily, weekly, or any schedule that you prefer. The frequency and style are up to you.
