I stand with the billion people worldwide who watch the Oscars. I still love them, and believe at times they combine the best of the backbone of all effective communication, the 3 V’s: verbal, vocal and visual.

The visual glitz was found on both women and men while gratitude started the program with a shout out to the unknowns and underpaid. Maybe we could all have a little more glitz and gratitude. #oscars
