In the 100 Lessons in this book, Lesson #5 is Obstacles are not good or bad. In the afternoon session of HorseTalk, participants create an obstacle course, with 3-5 obstacles. What constitutes an obstacle? Is a pool noodle an obstacle to a 2,000 pound horse? This exercise questions how we look at obstacles.
