What drives me as a coach? To be a great coach you have to be great at being invisible. As a “speech coach” I want my client to take all the credit for their rave reviews. When I write a great speech for a client I can position them differently, they will see themselves differently, and the world will see them differently. Most importantly, you will get different outcomes and you will get the credit too!
